Keith Lake Fly Fishing

Went fly fishing on Keith Lake this morning.  It is located just off highway 87 near Sabine Pass.  Didn’t catch anything, but had a great time paddling and checking out the few alligators we saw.  One was HUGE…about 10ft in length.

7.25 miles this evening at Terrel Park. It felt great to get some miles in after being lazy since the race sunday. One more sprint tri on the map and then two Oly’s to finish out the tri season. The run will definitely be my focus from here on out.
