Its funny how things work….I had the worst ride on sunday after a hard week of training, then took some easy days of training, and the TOTALLY KILLED TODAYS RIDE!!! The #1 piece of advice I have for all those out there training to become better athletes is: If you know you have a great plan, put your trust in it! I can’t tell you how many times I have had a subpar workout at the end of a long week only to turn around an KILL my next few workout after a little R&R! During my last interval today I hit 27mph and held that pace for 3 minutes. When I starting training this year, 27mph was my max speed at the end of a hard speed and now I can hold for 3+ minutes. SNAP! Trust the plan, train hard, train fast, and keep it fresh and loose! Duece….
