4 rounds for time: 400 meter sprint, 20 reps of front squat w/overhead press.
Endurance: 5k time trial

Its the day after the first race and I feel great! only a little tightness in the hamstrings but still was able to smoke the CrossFit workout today along with linny, kris, and John. Â Its time to start spending some significant time in the pool as we have been somewhat neglecting it through the winter.
