4 rounds for time: 400 meter sprint, 20 reps of front squat w/overhead press.
Endurance: 5k time trial

The day after

Its the day after the first race and I feel great! only a little tightness in the hamstrings but still was able to smoke the CrossFit workout today along with linny, kris, and John.  Its time to start spending some significant time in the pool as we have been somewhat neglecting it through the winter.

Race Day!
