We had a great ride on Saturday and a good run Sunday morning to get everyone going after resting up from the half marathon. After a long winter of LSD workouts it is time to start getting FAST!! And to get FAST, you must train FAST!
Today’s WOD from Crossfit Endurance:
20:10 x 8 rounds, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off, all out efforts!
Run: Use a treadmill, set at 12% grade at 0-30 sec slower pace per mile than best 5k pace. Do not reduce the speed!

i loved the 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off on the treadmill with the incline . man i felt like i was running straight up and fast… i was only 4 minutes long but man i feel great…
