Crossfit:  With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

You know you’re doing something right when everyone in a corporate wellness center stops what they’re doing to watch 4 beaumont endurance athletes get stomped by a CrossFit workout!  Today’s workout was awesome and we even recruited another CrossFitter.  Here is how it went:

Today’s Workout

Tempo, 90% of your best TT time for your specific distance:
Swim: Short Course:300m 
Bike: Short Course:10miles 
Run: Short Course: 2mile 
Try to run at 90% of your fastest 1 mile time. If that is a 7:00 your pace for the two mile run should be 7:45.  Post times and comments

We had a great ride on Saturday and a good run Sunday morning to get everyone going after resting up from the half marathon.  After a long winter of LSD workouts it is time to start getting FAST!! And to get FAST, you must train FAST!
